MagicSchool moved to its free version on Tuesday, October 20, and it is no longer one of the school's tools. In its place, AISA is piloting Flint, an AI platform approved by ADEK. It does the jobs most of you used MagicSchool for: lesson plans, rubrics, differentiation and feedback. Ask Gemini, Flint or any other AI tool for an interactive activity: a quiz, a sorting game, a simulation. Paste the code into the Activity Hub and you get a link, a QR code and a Google Classroom button. Students open it without signing in. Before a class list or a results spreadsheet goes into an AI tool, run it through the Data Anonymizer. It swaps names and IDs for codes like STU-004, takes out emails, phone numbers and medical or learning-support details, and flags anything risky that's left. You give the AI the coded file. Nothing leaves your computer لا شيء يغادر جهازكم
There is no upload and no server: the file is read in your own browser. The app also gives you a key file, the only thing that turns the codes back into names. Export your class's results from NWEA MAP and drop the files onto the MAP Dashboard. It shows who grew and who needs support, who to celebrate, and growth goals for the next test. - In NWEA MAP, export the Achievement Status and Growth (ASG) report for your class as a CSV. Only have this fall's results? A file with one test window gets a start-of-year view: where each student starts, and their growth goals. Your file never leaves your computer. The dashboard reads it in your browser, sends nothing anywhere, and forgets it when you close the tab. Since Friday, October 23, AI Lessons has lived at a new, much faster address. The lessons, your teaching calendar, the dashboard and your class lists work as before, and your students' work moved across with them. Lesson links you posted in Google Classroom still work. منذ الجمعة ٢٣ أكتوبر، انتقل تطبيق دروس الذكاء الاصطناعي إلى عنوان جديد وأسرع بكثير. الدروس وتقويم التدريس ولوحة المتابعة وقوائم الصفوف تعمل كما كانت، وقد انتقل معها كل ما أنجزه طلابكم. وما زالت روابط الدروس التي نشرتموها في Google Classroom تعمل.
New: lessons in a student's home language. For Learning Support students who are still learning English, every Main course week of Grades 6, 8, 9 and 10 now has a language menu on the lesson page: Russian, Korean, Japanese and Chinese. It changes the words on the page. The activities, answers and scores stay the same. Got an automatic reminder? The app emails you when a lesson planned for your class hasn't been taught yet. Before you set a test or a major assignment, the Assessment Calendar shows what your students already have that day. It keeps to no more than two summative assessments per student per day. Asked a chatbot to total a column and got the wrong answer? Chatbots are unreliable at adding up long lists. Use a pivot table in Google Sheets (Insert → Pivot table): it counts exactly, every time. طلبتم من روبوت محادثة جمع عمود وحصلتم على نتيجة خاطئة؟ روبوتات المحادثة غير موثوقة في جمع القوائم الطويلة. استخدموا الجدول المحوري في Google Sheets (إدراج ← جدول محوري)، فهو يحسب بدقة في كل مرة.
